Last week I attended the official launch of the East Midlands Mayday Network at Boots Head Office in Nottingham. The day was a big success with representatives from regional businesses and government in attendance. The Network was officially launched by Alex Gourlay, Chief Executive, Health & Beauty Division, Alliance Boots. An inspiring presentation from The University of Nottingham followed, and attendees got involved in an active debate looking at what the Network can most usefully deliver in the region.
