Visioning the Future – Transforming Business

BITC’s visioning programme helps organisations and boards understand this world.  What are the biggest issues we to need to start solving right now, and what are the opportunities? 

We will help you understand what will change, what this means for your business, and what actions you need to be taking right now.

We won’t be giving you all of the answers – that’s not the intention.  What we’ll provide is an inspiring, positive and structured programme that is unique.  One that has been created by some of the very best business minds; and which will draw on the creativity of hundreds of businesses over the next few years. 

Thinking, working together and taking action.  Ultimately the Visioning programme will make your business more resilient, set up for growth – both while being at the heart of creating a sustainable future.

How to get involved?

We are encouraging three levels of involvement with this exciting Visioning programme, depending upon your readiness and ambitions. 

As a SPONSOR

• The opportunity to both support the programme through sponsorship and apply the programme to your own business.
• Profile as a sponsor and a seat around the table with other sponsors and influential thinkers in this space.
• Involvement in the 12-month facilitated process( outlined in the preceding spread).
• As well as being profiled as a supporting Partner for this work, the result of your involvement at this level will enable you to establish a vision for your own business and a plan of action to transform your business model.

As a PARTNER

• Involvement in the 12-month facilitated process( outlined in the preceding spread)

As an EARLY ADOPTER

• Access to resources and on-line fora, including summary of learnings
• Option for further involvement  when the time is right for your business
