Places for People is one of the largest property management, development and regeneration companies in the UK.

Our vision

Our vision is to provide aspirational homes and inspirational places - which means much more than just building homes. We also provide job and training opportunities, access to affordable childcare, support for businesses, financial products such as mortgages and loans, and specialist care and support services that enable people to live independently in their own home.

We are a not-for-dividend organisation but we also take a business-minded approach to developing products and services. This means that what we do should not only help us to achieve our vision, but should also be commercially viable.

We deliver our vision through a number of closely linked companies, each of which offers its own expertise while benefitting from the financial strength of the Group.
