This type of event has never been held for Mayday members and is a great example of businesses who are progressing along the Mayday Journey helping those who are just starting out. By working together business really can pave the way towards a sustainable future.
Liz Edgington, Environment Campaign Manager, is putting on the event and says “There is nothing more useful than hearing firsthand how a company has progressed along the low carbon journey. The skills swap will give the opportunity for companies to speak face to face with the practitioners who are successfully embedding sustainability into their business operations. The event will enable businesses to speak openly with others in the local industry and gain specific advice. We are very excited about the event and encourage people from all industries to sign up.”
