Alan heads up the Start, Mayday, ways2work, Marketplace and Visioning initiatives at Business in the Community. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction of these inter-related environmental campaigns. After a successful career in the private sector advising many major brands on sustainability issues, Alan is a key spokesperson on environmental sustainability.

Katie is responsible for implementing the campaign strategy in the UK and internationally. Her role includes managing relationships with sponsors and the leadership team.

Lauren is responsible for the Mayday website and manages the marketing and communications strategy for the campaign. An experienced producer, she also oversees the creation of filmed content.

Jo leads Business in the Community's work around supply chain engagement and sustainable marketing. She is helping us to show Mayday businesses how to place sustainability at the heart of their operations.

Maria’s role includes running the campaign’s training, workshops and online seminars, reviewing the Royal Warrants for HRH the Prince of Wales and Her Majesty the Queen, running the Environment categories of BITC's Awards for Excellence, and Environment advice to members and Mayday businesses.

Jean is responsible for the Mayday website and manages the marketing and communications strategy for the campaign. Trained as an environmental and climate change lawyer, she brings a strong skillset and depth of knowledge to the role.

Bonnie is responsible for managing the Mayday Network in Wales, its related events and member support. Her role also includes providing support to Welsh companies of all sizes and stages of the journey to help lower their environmental impact, and integrate wider responsible business practices into their mainstream operations.

As part of her role Gudrun manages the Network in the North West, where it has become a hugely active and effective collaboration of partners. Gudrun is a key part of the core team, helping us to continually develop relevant and challenging opportunities for Mayday businesses.
